On the 18th of September, Josie, a German volunteer, joined our team for a four-week period to assist us in crafting intuitive language lessons for children in the Amazon Rainforest. English, German, Portuguese, and Tukano are all part of the curriculum, with a special emphasis on the youngest learners. Our objective is straightforward: to teach in a manner that is simple and direct, infused with a touch of playfulness and enjoyment. We aim for the children to experience success right from the start by using the most basic phrases and vocabulary.
